Meet Attorney June Lynn

Attorney June Lynn graduated cum laude from Duke Law School in Durham, North Carolina, where she studied international and comparative law abroad and gained a unique sensitivity to the cultural issues which arise often in family law. After college, she began her career at the prestigious law firm of White & Case, LLP in New York City. Here June discovered her passion for using law to have an impact on the lives of individuals.

After realizing there is no place like home, June returned to Georgia where she later started Lynn Law Firm, LLC. June’s practice focuses on family and juvenile law. June regularly represents people in legal actions involving divorce, child custody, child support, contempt, legitimation, paternity, enforcement, and family violence protective orders.

Background

June Lynn is a Georgia native who graduated from Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia. She first entered a Gwinnett County courtroom as a member of her high school mock trial team. It is her honor to practice law in those same courtrooms now.

A lifelong Yellow Jackets fan, June attended Georgia Tech for college and graduated with high honors. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Management, June focused her studies in three concentration areas and earned the following certificates: Information Technology Management, Organizational and Industrial Psychology, and Operations Management. Her focus on business benefits her practice in the areas of divorce and child support, where understanding financial information is key to preparing the strongest case for her clients.

June attained her law degree at Duke Law in Durham, North Carolina. She graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2006. As part of her studies at Duke Law, she studied international and comparative law at Duke’s study abroad programs at the University of Geneva in Switzerland and Bond University in Australia. Spending time in many different countries has given June a unique sensitivity to the cultural issues which arise often in family law.

After law school, June started her career at the prestigious law firm of White & Case, LLP in New York City. There, she practiced corporate and securities law, and was involved in many complex financial transactions. June’s experience in New York helped her discover two significant truths about herself. First, there really is no place like home for her. Second, June wanted to use her law degree to make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals.

After practicing family law at a general practice law firm in Lawrenceville, Georgia,  June started Lynn Law Firm, LLC, a law firm that specializes in family law. June practices family law in Gwinnett County, Barrow County, Walton County, Hall County and the surrounding areas. June’s practice focuses solely on family law and her client’s related cases. June regularly represents people in legal actions involving divorce, child custody, child support, contempt, legitimation, paternity, enforcement, and family violence protective orders.

June’s experience has shown her that each client cares deeply about protecting his or her family. Whether it is protecting a custodial right, a modification of visitation or child support, or helping a person move through the difficult process of divorce, June puts her experience to work in a personal and caring manner and provides thorough individual representation to each client. June especially enjoys cases involving children, financial investigation and analysis, and giving a voice to her clients in the courtroom.
